To confirm your reservation please send a deposit equal to 30% of total
pay by bank transfer.
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via
email upon receipt of deposit.
At your arrival please show the e-mail confirmation.
When
checking in a deposit of Euro 250,00 will be required.
The cancellation of a reservation, regardless of whether the apartment
can be rented again, will be according to the following rules and
penalties:
50% of the deposit if notice of cancellation is made 30 days
prior to arrival.
100% of the deposit if notice of cancellation will be made within 15
days prior to arrival.
1) Location
The contract is concluded directly with MORISFARMS SRL, price
agreed by telephone reservation or e-mail addresses listed on the site.
2) Deposit
Upon confirmation of telephone customers must pay a deposit of 30% (50% for direct bookings from overseas) by
bank transfer to be made on BANCACRAS agency Massa Marittima or other
banks whose coordinates will be provided by MORISFARMS SRL.
The balance payment will be paid in cash or by credit card at arrival.
Optional charges (final cleaning, any extra cleaning etc..) If any will
be paid at the end of the lease.
3) Minimum rent-Prices
The minimum period of lease is to be agreed with MORISFARMS SRL
depending on residences and seasonality.
4) Arrival and departure
Unless otherwise agreed the arrival will take place between 16:00 /
19:30.
The departure must be before 10: 00 am.
5) Arrival
Upon arrival the customer will present the email of confirmation ,
in addition to a passport or identity card for registration as
required by law.
6) Deposit
The customer at arrival will be required a deposit of Euro 250,00.
The deposit will be refunded on departure less any damage caused or
any additional costs not included in the rental price.
7) Number of people-Impersonation-Pets
Only persons whose presence has been registered with the competent
authorities may stay in the building.
Their numbers (adults and children) may not exceed the number of beds
indicated on the website, unless prior agreement between the parties.
Pets are allowed only in some of the recidences as
indicated in the site or agreed between the parties and only with
prior advance notice at a cost of 30.00 euros each.
8) Clean-Order
The flats are in perfect order.
When leaving the accommodation the apartments must be in the same state.
Any anomalies will be charged in addition to services received.
9) External maintenance
MORISFARMS SRL reserves the right to access the apartment to carry out
essential maintenance.
10) Changes-Cancellations
The cancellation of a reservation, regardless of whether the apartment
can be rented again,
will be according to the following rules and penalties:
50% of the deposit if notice of cancellation is made 30 days.

days prior to arrival.
11) Liability
The apartments are controlled by company personnel.
The customer agrees to try to amicably resolve any problems that may
arise.
Customers who leave their accommodation prematurely forfeit their rights
and provided a refund of the rental price, unless they have a legal
right to cancel, also customers for any claims submitted after the end
of the stay will not
no right to any refund.
If you will need to leave the accommodation by the customer for reasons
beyond the control of this MORISFARMS SRL, in agreement with it, assign
the same category of accommodation.
If this is not possible, both parties are entitled to terminate the
contract.
MORISFARMS SRL reimburse for the cost of lease payable, excluding any
other refund.
12) Forum
For any dispute arising from the booking and renting the place of
jurisdiction is Grosseto.
The applicable law is Italian.
The reservation implies knowledge of the general conditions of hire.
13) PRIVACY
In compliance with the provisions of Law 675/96 on privacy and personal
data, the company informs you that your personal data will be processed
for purposes connected or instrumental to its work.
You can exercise its rights pursuant to art.
13 of Law 675/96, by contacting the Privacy Manager.
